VENDOR APPLICATION :

Please find a Vendor Application and General Rules for your convenience in registering for the 2010 Seattle Auto Swap Meet at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, May 15 & 16, 2010 at the bottom of this page.  We offer returning vendors first choice in registering their prior year stall(s).    If a completed Returning Vendor Application and payment have not been received by February 14, 2010, the stall(s) will open to all NEW Vendors who have submitted an application and payment beginning January 1, 2010.   These New Vendor Applications will be processed by the date received.   If no stall(s) are available, your application and payment will be returned.

VENDOR MIRROR TAG – SALES AREA ACCESS – VENDOR PARKING :

All vendors will be issued one Vendor Mirror Tag for each stall purchased.   This Vendor Mirror Tag will be required to enter the Sales Area during the Vendor Set-up times as outlined on the enclosed General Information sheet.   No vehicle will be admitted to the Sales Area without displaying the Vendor Mirror Tag on their front windshield!    This Tag must remain in the vehicle at all times or the vehicle may be towed.  Yes, this means that if one stall is purchased, only one vehicle will be admitted!  You may unload the first vehicle then remove that vehicle from the sales area and return with another vehicle to unload.   This is vital in maintaining open access to all stalls during vendor set-up times.

The Vendor Mirror Tag must also be displayed in the front windshield to park in the Vendor Parking Lot.

No vehicle will be admitted to the vendor parking lot without a Mirror Tag displayed properly.

We will again have contracted towing on site to remove unauthorized vehicles.
